When you think of drifting a few people might think back to Initial D and in particular the Toyota Sprinter Trueno that the main character drifts around Mount Akina. Fear not you don’t have to go to Japan to see these Corolla based cars drifting you can just head to Rockingham Motor Speedway like myself and Ricci attended. Our main focus was the Corolla Brotherhood – and boy they sound as good as they look!
Chaydon from the Corolla Brotherhood who actually hooked me up with the gig for Drift Matsuri initially asked me to capture this event for them. I was more than happy to oblige.
