Once again I was invited to shoot for the awesome brand Rothfink.com. This video was shot at Volksworld 2015 and this time features Pipey’s insane Mk1 Volkswagen Golf powered by a Mazda 13B rotary engine all on top of a VW Beetle pan.
This was first spotted at last year’s RetroRides gathering and ever since then we’ve itching to get the lens on it and put together a round up of all the little nuances that make this car stand out. First of all you spot how incredibly low it is, this is thanks to the Rayvern hydraulic suspension that Pipey plumbed in. Once your eye is caught you end up circling the car for ages smiling at the little things that make this a big beast.
